Production & shipping
Every bat is made to order. Here’s how long that takes and how it gets to you.

- The clock starts when your order is paid.
- Build time doesn’t include shipping. Faster shipping at checkout speeds up delivery, not the build.
- Pick Express under Production Time on any bat’s page.
Shipping
- US orders ship FedEx. Ground and faster options show at checkout, priced by box size and destination.
- Alaska, Hawaii and US territories ship FedEx too; the rate shows at checkout.
- Canada ships USPS where available.
- You’ll get a tracking email the day your bat ships. You can also look it up on Order status.
Please double-check your address. When a carrier has to correct an address, their fee (currently $25) is passed on.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order until your bat goes on the lathe. After that it’s being made to your specs and can’t be cancelled. Email customerservice@outlawbats.com as soon as you can.
